Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic transformations
- Deliver executive briefings and innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into R&D roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting and systems thinking
- Proven track record of developing C-suite foresight frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on 2020s technological or societal disruption
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with predictive modeling tools and data visualization platforms
