- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups in exponential tech
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Published research on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, space economy)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented strategies
- Experience with climate tech or sustainable development frameworks
