Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational roadmaps at scale
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
