Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruption vectors
- Design scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into DNA
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future demands
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends and disruption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable plans
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
