Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board, synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic indicators
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen research initiatives
- Design resilience protocols against emerging systemic risks (climate volatility, AI ethics, supply chain fragility)
- Mentor high-potential talent in future-focused methodologies and exponential thinking
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech enterprises
- Proven track record of translating complex futures research into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and causal layered analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford Foresight)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience at TED-level events
- Portfolio of published futures research or white papers with measurable impact
