- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published author or recognized speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across international markets
