- Produce actionable foresight reports on disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future market needs
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly desired
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scenarios into business opportunities
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
