Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging technologies
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors impacting tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing futuristic business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Published thought leader with 20+ articles/reports on future trends
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
