- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Integrate foresight methodologies into organizational DNA through training and process optimization
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and adjust strategic recommendations based on real-time signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical expertise
