Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Planning preferred
