Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Interface with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable insights
- Curate and host executive symposiums on emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions (e.g., quantum computing, AGI)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech landscape: Web4, neurotech, climate resilience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or patents
