Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends and future-proofing methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to track cutting-edge developments
- Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation and opportunity identification in volatile markets
- Design and maintain a real-time intelligence dashboard for horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
