Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting our 2026 vision
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-ready solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed innovation into corporate strategy and culture
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with exponential growth potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
