Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and 5-year future scenarios for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging technologies with market needs
- Present compelling future-state insights to stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindsets across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
