Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Translate complex technological and societal trends into actionable business strategies
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and nurture an internal network of futurists and innovation champions
- Quantify long-term opportunities and risks through predictive modeling
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in core business processes
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech) and their business implications
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools and data visualization platforms
