Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to build 5-year strategic roadmaps for 2026 market dominance
- Lead innovation sprints using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop patentable frameworks for AI-driven predictive analytics and immersive user experiences
- Partner with R&D to integrate quantum computing, biotech, and neural interfaces into product ecosystems
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in emerging technologies and ethical implementation
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and track adoption of future-ready systems
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and experience with quantum computing simulations
- Certification in Design Thinking (IDEO), Lean Startup, or similar methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating work in AR/VR, biometric interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling strategic proposals
