Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping exponential technologies (quantum AI, bio-integration, neuro-interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with market evolution
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging tech domains
- Design human-centered solutions for future societal challenges (climate resilience, neuro-diversity, ethical AI)
- Present strategic visions to global stakeholders and investors
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent discipline
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI convergence)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
