- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate foresight frameworks into product development priorities and KPIs
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future market trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep knowledge of biotech, AI ethics, and sustainable technology convergence
