Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with market evolution and technological convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive board and investors
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into current offerings
- Establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
