Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop quantitative foresight models incorporating AI, climate economics, and geopolitical vectors
- Architect strategic innovation frameworks for enterprise clients across fintech, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and future-proofing strategies
- Produce annual Future State reports with data-driven trend projections and scenario planning
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, quantum computing, and neurotech applications
- Represent company at global futurist forums and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight roles with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech firms
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovation pipelines
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Methodology or equivalent professional accreditation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
