Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of published foresight research or innovation frameworks
