Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and societal patterns through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech transitions
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and workforce evolution
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives through immersive workshops
- Build innovation frameworks quantifying ROI on future-focused investments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2030-ready solutions
- Author trend reports published in industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certificate in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate adaptation
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method or causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented from foresight research
