- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech incubators
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and KPI frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of Web3, neurotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofing strategies in Fortune 500 settings
