Responsibilities

- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work implications and ethical tech governance
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable foresight or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
