Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends
- Integrate future literacy programs across organizational learning initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven foresight experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
