- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Design and manage innovation sprints for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness across organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years experience in innovation consulting or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
