Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology and market evolution
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations and identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and deliver executive briefings on future risk landscapes and competitive positioning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and circular economy principles
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams
