Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 workforce evolution and ethical AI frameworks
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and scout breakthrough startups for acquisition
- Design and deploy horizon-scanning methodologies using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation pipelines
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future of work or technology disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling strategic narratives
