Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments (VR/AR/Metaverse)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proficient in foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive action plans
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused strategies or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
