Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for emerging domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Translate foresight insights into product development strategies and R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging paradigms
- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenarios or innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFTE)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to market impact
