Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to co-create future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive organizational change
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight programs
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
