- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports identifying emerging paradigm shifts
- Design innovation pipelines for quantum-secure communication systems
- Partner with UN bodies to model sustainable 2030 urban ecosystems
- Mentor 'Futures Fellows' in speculative design methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough human-AI symbiosis frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology leadership
- Published work in Future Studies or Tech Ethics journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
- Proficiency in Monte Carlo simulations and trend analysis tools
- PhD in Futures Studies, Computational Sociology, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented 10-year forecasts
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects
