Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact R&D initiatives and moonshot projects
- Conduct market foresight research to identify disruptive technologies and emerging business models
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to foster organizational innovation culture
- Present compelling future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation pipeline performance and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of global macroeconomic and geopolitical trends
- Experience with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc.)
- Strong presentation skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling ability
