Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their market impacts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers and designers
- Present trend forecasts to executive boards with data-driven scenarios
- Build proprietary predictive models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Curate annual Future Vision Summits featuring industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI platforms
