Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into R&D pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor internal teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation culture development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate uncertainty with data-driven confidence
