Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap with actionable milestones
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into prototype development
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track impact on business growth
- Build and nurture an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments preferred
