Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future scenarios
- Lead innovation workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing future challenges
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce forward-looking reports and frameworks for client adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects and thought leadership
