Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech forecasts (quantum computing, biotech, AGI ethics)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
