Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends in technology, economics, and culture to inform 2026 strategic priorities
- Develop and lead innovation incubators focused on breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Present executive-level foresight reports with actionable recommendations for organizational adaptation
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and academic partnerships
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for senior leadership on future scenario planning
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
