Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, geopolitics, and socio-cultural domains to identify 2026 disruptors
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead executive workshops and stakeholder presentations on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Author seminal thought leadership on emerging paradigms and their business implications
- Advose C-suite on exponential technologies and their strategic integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Track record of influencing executive decision-making with data-driven foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published work in prominent journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
