Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product pipelines
- Produce executive-level foresight reports on disruptive innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling
- Advise leadership on existential risks and resilience strategies
- Curate annual 'Future Decade' symposium for industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
