Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions for healthcare, climate tech, and fintech sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ESG-compliant tech standards across product lifecycles
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 2020-2025 technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN's FutureNow, Palisade @Risk)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or EU Horizon
