Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product lines and operational functions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Perform competitive intelligence analysis and identify first-mover advantages in emerging markets
- Design governance frameworks for responsible technology implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with ROI projections
- Maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-forward technology roadmaps

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
