Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap aligned with company vision and market evolution
- Lead discovery of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Spearhead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale high-impact initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify future market opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership within tech or consulting
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends analysis
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
