Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications of future tech
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for prototype technologies in controlled environments
- Analyze competitor landscapes and emerging patent trends
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D management, or technology consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
