Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead a team of 5-7 associates in receiving, sorting, and shipping high-volume shipments
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Forklift certification and advanced pallet jack operation skills
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed
