Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend warehouse staff of 15-20 employees
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adjust to changing operational needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
