Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend warehouse teams to achieve daily operational targets
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control processes
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication for weekend operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues appropriately
- Prepare weekend shift reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proven ability to manage weekend shift operations effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
