Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates and operational staff, providing clear instructions and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval using warehouse management systems.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize workflows and improve overall operational performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of the regular full-time schedule.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and warehouse management software is a plus.
