Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and update warehouse management systems accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all incoming stock and packaging materials.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend protocols and equipment usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory software.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
